Sam Johnson - Owner & Operator
Sam has 7 years of experience in professional Christmas lights installation. Before this, he was an apprentice tradesman at his grandfather's business. While pursuing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, Sam soon learned that it is more important to build relationships with people than simply creating a client list. His grandfather certainly exemplified how a business owner treated a customer. After working for his grandfather, Sam learned sales from his father in the copier industry. "You just need to be honest with people," his papa always said. Today, Sam strives to provide quality service to more than 200 people around the Kansas City Metro area.
Drew Harper - Sales & Service
While Sam was working for his grandfather in Brunswick, Missouri, he met Drew. Ten years later, they reconnected. Drew's experience in construction and customer relations has led him to help KC Lights grow and succeed.
Susan Schlacks - Customer Service & Billing
In 2020 Sam met Susan at a church small-group event. A few years later Susan started working with Sam in the summer of 2023 handling accounts payable and helping to simplify the experience of every KC Lights customer.
